Helios City is a shining example of a prosperous and thriving society born out of the fears and destruction of the Great Schism War that ended one generation ago. Within the span of 40 solar cycles, a city wrought with the destruction of war was rebuilt and now thrives, in large part due to the illustrious company, Meridian Incorporated and founder, President Vincent Sloane. The three primary Meridian Towers, the Tri-Tower Complex, in Helios City provide an unmistakable landmark, rising high in the city skyline. At the base of the three structures stands yet another treasured landmark, a unique solarium garden dome.

The Garden Dome of Meridian Towers is a place of serenity and nature for residents, Meridian employees and others with approved access. Within rests a precious ancient tree that has grown around a very rare large crystal. The tree is intricately intertwined with the lattice of the crystal itself throughout the course of its long life, both entities living in a sort of symbiotic bond. Thus, due to this rare natural phenomenon, both are preserved as an historical landmark, its conservancy designation pioneered by the son of CEO Vincent Sloane. Many visit this tree and additionally view it as a memorial.

Rumors persist that a prototype Xperion Unit resides somewhere in the top echelons of the complex, however this has not been corroborated.
